But I'm with the others above. I am very curious about the D300's performance. If the D300 at 800 ISO looks like the D3 at 1600 ISO I will be very happy . NEF files you can only open with ViewNX. ISO1600 is nice and clean, ISO3200 is very good, with color noise, and ISO6400 is usable. NEFs are definately not as clean as the JPGs.
