PMA 2008- Who’s Pre-Announcing Products? Not Nikon… ugh
Ever have a date with a girl where she barely says anything the entire time? You’re trying your most engaging topics to try and get some response and still nothing. Eventually you just turn to provocative barbs because you’ve given up and you’re only trying amuse yourself now?
I feel we’re reaching that stage with Nikon and the PMA.
Canon, Samsung, Fuji, Sony, Pentax, Olympus, Casio, Sharp and other major vendors have announced wads of product AHEAD of PMA.
Oh Nikon, why must you be so unnecessarily secretive?

Eh, it’s marketing.
Right now Nikon is the superstar. Excitement over the D3/300/FXzooms is still current. Everyone will be waiting excitedly for Nikon regardless if they pre-announce anything or not.
