D700 is using the D3 sensor. Therefore it starts at 200 ISO and can go up to 6400 (or even more) ISO.

The viewfinder is covers 95% (because of the anti dust system that hides part of it)
The screen is the same as on D300. However a new menu appears that summarize the most important functions.
