London Mole: Nikon D700 NOT BEING ANNOUNCED SOON, But- Speedlight SB-900 Imminent
Karl had a talk with “za mole”:
Just had a puzzling conversation with my very well-connected Nikon mole in London. He says that the SB-900 announcement is imminent, but the D700 is still some time off announcement. Unexpected.
“Ah sheet!”
Not sure what to make of this one. I’ll call it anomalous and see what happens tomorrow, I suppose. Karl’s also not sure how likely this is.

well..at 9pm New York time it’s 10am in Japan and there’s been no announcement of anything yet.
If this whole thing turns out to be bogus, I am really going to laugh.
