New D3 Firmware’s Out! With Problems?
[Update: The birdie that said he was having a problem with the firmware reset everything and was fine again. Do you have any issues with the firmware? Mail me (see address on the right).]
Reports (via dpReview so far) as that it makes the focusing better and more accurate in low-light situations.

On the other hand, I’ve got at least one report that the f-stops aren’t being recorded properly into EXIF data.
Also interesting is that while there were confirmed reports of the 1.12a/b firmware, it appears to never have gotten released.
