New “Vivid” Picture Control for D3, D700, D300
Nikon has put out a new picture control (changes the colors, etc) for the D3, D700, and D300 that they claim will make nice vivid land and cityscapes! I haven’t tried it yet- I’ll let you know when I do.
If only I could get (for free) the look of Velvia and (my personal favorite of all time) Provia 100iso with a polarizer.
Here are the installation directions- basically, extract it to a card, tell the camera to load it via the menus.
I think I’m a couple days behind on this one, but thanks to Dexter for reminding me about it.
